Peter is the son of Dan Rodeno - founder of the agency. Pete has been a part of the agency since 2010, having previously been responsible for covering western Pennsylvania and then northern and central Ohio before assuming duties as the agencies President. Pete is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania where he played football. In Pete’s spare time he enjoys watching sports, golfing, smoking cigars and enjoying time with family and friends. Pete resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area with his wife Molly, and three children Joseph, Giuliana and Sofia.

Dave comes to Rodeno & Associates after spending the last 12 years in manufacturing and industrial distribution, most recently as a National Accounts manager for a market leading pneumatics manufacturer. Dave resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area with his wife Jen and four children. In his spare time Dave enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his family.

Mike Maloney

Mike joined the sales team in January 2010, prior to that he spent 5 years launching and improving Crib Management accounts focusing on inventory control for MRO Operations with Nexiant and SourcePRO. Mike has spent time in a wide array of manufacturing facilities including automotive, agricultural and hand tools, responsible for all aspects of daily operations, vendor relations, process improvements and metric development. Prior to that he worked at EDS supporting the General Motors account in various roles and responsibilities. When he is not spending time with his wife Sharon and their two boys Brendan and Kyle, he coaches youth hockey & baseball..

Scott Provard

Scott Provard joined Daniel A. Rodeno & Associates in 2001. Prior to Scott joining the agency he sold building materials to the home, commercial and industrial contractors. Scott has a high energy level and great organizational and follow-up skills. These qualities have been a key factor in his territories’ extremely high growth since 2001. Having previously been a home builder, this is what makes him try to understand how things work and brings it into today of wanting to know the the most details in order to make good decisions. Scott resides in Cincinnati, OH with his two children. His hobbies are fishing, outdoor grilling and smoking, and has recently taken up running as he has run several 1/2 marathons.

Chad Riccelli

Chad joined our team in 2016. Chad has a B.S. Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management from Slippery Rock University. He served for 4 years as an Environmental Science Officer in the U.S. Army. Chad brings experience and a proven track record and success in the industrial safety supply industry. Prior to accepting this position he worked as a pharmaceutical/medical sales rep for 9 years and spent 11 years in selling PPE and prescription safety eyewear programs. Chad is an excellent match for this position and a strong asset to the Daniel A. Rodeno Associates Team. In his free time Chad enjoys spending time with his children and attending concerts or any Steelers/Pirates/Pens games.
