Daniel A. Rodeno & Associates was founded in 1994 by Dan Rodeno, a seasoned sales professional with years of experience in the glove industry. Prior to starting his own rep agency, Dan had served as the worldwide sales director for a prominent glove manufacturer.

Dan saw a gap in the market for independent manufacturers reps who truly worked as hunters to earn their commission, rather than simply acting as order takers. With this in mind, he set out to create a rep agency that would provide top-notch service to their Principals, Distribution Partners, and end-customers in the industrial Midwest.

Over the years, Daniel A. Rodeno & Associates has built a reputation for excellence, delivering results that exceed expectations for their Partners.

In 2009, Dan's son Peter joined the agency, bringing a fresh perspective and energy to the team. In 2020, Peter took over ownership of the agency.
