Rodeno Sales Solutions was founded in 1994 by Dan Rodeno, a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in the glove industry. As the former worldwide sales director for a leading glove manufacturer, Dan recognized a gap in the market—manufacturers needed independent reps who truly worked as hunters, not just order takers. With this vision, he built an agency dedicated to providing top-tier service to manufacturers, distribution partners, and end customers across the industrial Midwest.
Over the years, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering results that exceed expectations. In 2009, Dan's son Peter Rodeno joined the agency, bringing fresh energy and insight to the team. Following Dan’s passing in 2020, Peter took over ownership, leading the company through a pivotal transition while staying true to its founding values of hard work, dedication, and exceptional service.
Today, Rodeno Sales Solutions continues to thrive as a trusted manufacturers' rep agency, connecting leading safety and industrial brands with distributors and end-users across America’s Industrial Heartland. Peter Rodeno is the owner and president of Rodeno Sales Solutions, a leading manufacturers' rep agency specializing in OH&S and general industrial lines. Following in his father Dan Rodeno’s footsteps, Peter joined the company in 2010, bringing fresh insights and a commitment to excellence. After Dan’s passing in 2020, he took the helm, leading the agency through a pivotal transition while navigating industry challenges with resilience. A hands-on leader, Peter fosters strong relationships with customers, distribution partners, and manufacturers, ensuring the company’s continued success. Holding key industry certifications, including CPMR, CPSC, and QSSP, he remains dedicated to upholding Rodeno’s legacy while driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of the market.

With a B.B.A. in Business Management from Kent State University and QSSP certification, David combines industry expertise with a passion for worker well-being. Committed to continuous learning and collaboration, he is always eager to share insights and explore innovative safety solutions.

Mike Maloney has been serving the safety and PPE industry across Michigan since 2010 as a Territory Manager at Rodeno Sales Solutions. With a background in Health Communications and Occupational Safety & Health, he specializes in building lasting relationships within industrial distribution and manufacturing. Prior to joining Rodeno, he spent five years in industrial vending and integrated supply, implementing process improvements for major companies like John Deere and Chrysler. A certified QSSP professional, Mike excels at communicating across all levels of an organization, ensuring businesses have the right solutions to create safer workplaces. When he's not working, he enjoys supporting his son’s Junior Hockey team, spending time on the lake, and catching a Detroit Tigers game.

Chad Riccelli
Customer Solutions Specialist
Territory: Central & Northern Indiana
Chad Riccelli brings over 20 years of experience in industrial safety, medical sales, and PPE programs, backed by a B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health Management. He began his career as an Environmental Science Officer in the U.S. Army, gaining a strong foundation in safety and environmental management before transitioning to pharmaceutical and medical sales. For over a decade, he has specialized in industrial safety supply, focusing on PPE and prescription safety eyewear programs. Since joining Rodeno Sales Solutions in 2016, Chad has been dedicated to providing top-tier safety solutions and fostering strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers, and end users to ensure workplace protection and compliance.

Scott Provard joined Rodeno Sales Solutions in 2001, driven by a passion for workplace safety and the confidence that he had found the right path in safety sales. With over 20 years of experience in sales and business development, his background in building materials and home construction gives him a deep understanding of job site challenges and practical safety solutions. Scott’s hands-on approach—visiting end users, observing processes, and ensuring the right protection is in place—has been key to his success. For him, success goes beyond sales; it’s about earning trust, building relationships, and making a real impact on workplace safety.
